Les impacts dans le travail des maladies chroniques et de ses traitements
Afin de pouvoir comprendre ces questions de maintien , il est important d’en connaître les impacts (parfois non–visibles) que les personnes malades et l’entreprise gèrent au quotidien. A savoir :
Pour la personne
- la Fatigue générale et instable
- les difficultés liées à la maladie et aux traitements (prise de médicaments, difficulté de concentration, irritabilité, fatigue…)
- la Stigmatisation
- l’Image extérieure difficile
- la peur de la Perte d’emploi, poste non retrouvé
Dans l’entreprise
- la gestion de l’absentéisme
- l’organisation du travail modifiée
- la Répartition du travail dans les collectifs changée et non anticipée
- la Gestion de la variabilité de l’état de la personne non prise en compte

Bottom-left : "wheel-menu" to navigate between different content according to each theme.
First select a theme from the right menu, by clicking or taping one of the themes.
Then turn the wheel with your mouse or finger and click the chapter you want to display.
For your reading comfort, the wheel-menu folds up when not in use , to unfold it again, click on the logo at the bottom left.
When you select a chapter, it is located in the breadcrumb at the bottom of the wheel-menu, and does not fold in order to let you know in which section you are.
The top menu allows you to search, obtain information about the project, or send an e-mail to our staff.
To get there, hover over the top-middle logo to display the menu, it will fold itself after a few seconds.
Finally, to know our partners, see the sitemap, legal notices or credits, click on the menu at the bottom right.
